𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱-𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 with over 20 years of experience at a tertiary care, level-II trauma medical center as well as significant experience in a rural health system. As a physician executive, I bring deep experience across the healthcare continuum including leading large provider groups, development of outreach relationships with independent health systems, and with an accountable care partnership between two large health systems that delivered care cost containment and care improvement in the community.I am known for my breadth of experiences, commitment to quality and safety, and hands-on approach in clinical and physician leadership operations. I excel at analyzing and synthesizing information from diverse sources to develop strategic vision and including key stakeholders to advance strategy initiatives. Having worked in healthcare during times of disruption and transformation, I have led large-scale organizational change initiatives including; a large health system’s covid epidemic care model, consolidation of 10 independent hospitalist groups into an aligned system program, and high-profile clinical initiatives that involved partnering with federal, state and local agencies. My strong leadership performance directly contributed to sustained recognition in US News & World Report as the 2nd ranked hospital in the Twin Cities.As a leader, I am recognized for my ability to connect with staff at all levels of an organization as well as the surrounding community. When faced with critical situations, I balance engaging subject matters experts to gain insights with being decisive and acting calmly. I create cultures that support staff well-being, performance, and future growth. Whether in the board room, engaging with front line staff, patients or industry partners, I communicate with integrity and transparency.
