● Worked on the DoubleClick Cross-Sell team writing backend ads software, primarily in Java.● Developed a pipeline to automatically share YouTube ad units, saving hours of YouTube trafficking time and solving a major issue with sponsorship ads that impacted over 220 million daily ad requests.● Designed and implemented a pipeline to verify that DoubleClick Cross-Sell invariants hold across multiple database shards, ensuring data consistency and proper function of Cross-Sell.● Created an email notification system to provide notifications on pipeline failure, saving engineering time by providing quick error diagnosis without searching through logs.● Added verification features to automatic ad unit approval to prevent spam attacks against YouTube.

● Worked on the team responsible for converting third-party vendor map data to Garmin’s format. (C#) ● Designed and implemented project to automate map data import process, saving dozens of engineering hours per quarter and emphasizing modular design to allow for addition of new tools in the future. ● Created new import system to handle administration hierarchy for entirely new map data source. Hospice and Home Health Charting Software utilizing ASP.NET Web Forms with Visual Basic.Designed and implemented web service with real-time progress bar interface in order to manage client billing for over 1,200 agencies nationwide. Led and accomplished effort to refactor security on over 200 Web Forms. Worked closely with support staff in order to coordinate specification for and subsequently develop a server file manager system using C# with Windows Forms.Managed customer support ticket issues to apply rapid and direct solutions.Took initiative to debug and solve over thirty bugs, resulting in a 20% reduction of repeat support ticket issues.
