My focus as a resident was on project management and implementation. I coordinated MTM services, oversaw the development of a flu shot clinic, facilitated the development of a mobile app and website, and launched an appointment based model for the independent community pharmacy associated with this residency program.In addition to project experience, I taught select therapeutics classes and served on the College of Pharmacy curriculum committee at the university.The affiliated pharmacy sold to CVS during my residency year, making accreditation impossible as there would not be a second consecutive year of the residency program. This is the reason the residency was under a year long.
