Elite Camps Hoop Dreams is an overnight basketball and sports camp focused on promoting a healthy active lifestyle. I worked from June 2021 to October 2021 and most recently from June 2022 to July 2022. During my time there the past two summers I started working as an activity instructor (archery, canoe-kayak, paddleboarding), head of the clean team, part of the maintenance team, camp counsellor and helped in the kitchen from time to time. I implemented a new cleaning schedule and guidelines that resulted in a massive improvement in the facility's care. I was also selected to be the Health and Safety Representative and was a member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee. In addition, I helped with major projects such as helping to create a new entrance, placing a new drainage system around the guest cabins and making improvements to the septic systems.

CCL was a property maintenance company that a partner and I started. The company was founded after analyzing and identifying a business opportunity in a local market to provide property services at competitive prices. After marketing and signing clients, the company developed services for clients tailored to their needs. The company delivered services to 3 clients covering close to 30 acres of property. Services included tracking and invoicing clients, scheduling when to work, allocating resources to efficiently complete tasks and communicating with clients' needs.

At Tim Hortons I worked as the baker! My main responsibilities were to prepare baked goods and other food items and help the store front and drive-thru! I had to ensure all safety procedures were followed when handling food, close down the kitchen at the end of my shift and keep the store clean and prepared for the next baker. I would take temperatures of the food, track and log the amount of products made and wash and clean the dishwasher.
