Furthermore, Ryan takes pride in his work and understands the severity and business impact of bugs that inevitably arise in software development, working into the late hours on one occasion prior to PTO to ensure that an issue that was missed by QA was quickly resolved to ensure the team met deadlines. Ryan's passion for learning is evident in his voluntary presentation of complex research topics to the rest of the development team, exposing them to concepts in machine learning and healthcare A.I. and his eagerness to participate in academic conferences to present the group's work to others in the healthcare analytics domain.
