Projects include:● Informative maps and geographical analysis for the pending redistricting of Jersey City's electoral wards, forecasting key demographic and electoral indicators.● Real estate pro forma financial analysis for the potential development of a city-owned piece of land that maximized community give backs such as affordable housing and new greenspace.

● Responsible for leading policy research, analysis and legislative execution, managing multiple projects on tight timelines.● Lead constituent services efforts, ensuring the Solomon office was responsive to community needs, as well as managed productive relationships with local community boards, non-profits and activist groups.● Deliverables produced include: statistical analysis & real estate modeling, op-eds & public talking points, communicative maps, persuasive infographics, and digestible memos on complex policy topics.● Co-lead negotiations between the Solomon office and real estate developers seeking zoning variances.

● Recruited and managed more than 40 campaign volunteers across 25 precincts, the most of any CO. Completed more than 8000 direct voter contacts (in person and over the phone) and 2000 volunteer recruitment calls.● Authored 8 campaign “policy and values white papers” on topics such as social justice, housing affordability and climate sustainability, all of which were reported on by local media.

City Planning on Long Island City that proposed a series of progressive transit, land use and environmental interventions for the LIC Waterfront.
