• Negotiate and issue contracts, purchase orders and subcontractor change requests
• Securing of all building permits, licenses and delivery of materials and equipment to job site
• Lead pre-construction meetings addressing logistics, value engineering and feasibility

• Work in a team based environment while involved in all aspects of the estimating process
• Types of projects include heavy civil, industrial and marine.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed bid proposals/submittals
• Attended pre-bid site walk-throughs and performed a site analysis for each bid opportunity
• Prepared and analyzed cost reports using HCSS Heavy Bid software to be reviewed by lead Estimator.
• Created and submitted RFI’s to general contractors containing detailed/scope specific inquiries.
