In my time here some of my responsibilities and accomplishments are:- Analyze over 600,000 emails utilizing Python to identify common issues and assist in the reduction of client service cases- Analyze 850 clients to assess relationship development and validate previous predictions- Forecast 12-month outlook for service cases on a monthly basis to assist with headcount and budget planning- Manage a project to development a machine learning tool to be utilize by non-technical users
