With over 20 years of experience in the event production industry, I am a VP of Innovation, Procurement and Training at AVmedia, a leading provider of audiovisual and event technology solutions. In this role, I oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and management of equipment, materials, and services for a variety of events, including corporate meetings, trade shows, social functions, and live entertainment. I also lead the innovation team, which develops and implements new technologies and processes to enhance the quality, efficiency, and creativity of our events. Some of the projects I have worked on include creating immersive and interactive environments, implementing sustainable and eco-friendly practices, and integrating digital and hybrid solutions. I have a BS in Parks, Recreation and Tourism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and I have skills in parties, hospitality, and event production. I am passionate about creating memorable and engaging experiences for our clients and their audiences, and I strive to deliver excellence, innovation, and value in every project.
