A practising and experienced audit partner, specialising in the oil and gas and mining sector I joined the Audit Executive in 2021 to lead the firm's Audit Quality Directorate and implement BDO's Audit Quality Plan focused on driving consistent high audit quality across every BDO audit.I am passionate about creating an environment within BDO that enables our audit professionals to deliver high quality audits and manage risk effectively; fostering and embedding a culture in which our people are skilled and confident in challenging management teams effectively and fulfil our role as an audit firm in serving the public interest by delivering high quality audits.
