I have helped athletes of all levels improve their physical and mental performance, using evidence-based methods and personalized programs. I apply my knowledge and skills in fitness training, strength and conditioning, and kinesiology to design and deliver effective and safe workouts, assessments, and feedback.I graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, where I gained a solid foundation in human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and exercise prescription. During my studies, I also acquired valuable hands-on experience in sports performance coaching, working with various teams and individuals across different sports and settings. I interned at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology as a Sports Performance Intern, where I assisted in developing and implementing training programs for 13 NCAA Division II teams. I also volunteered as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Men's Basketball team at SRU, where I contributed to enhancing their physical preparation and conditioning.I am passionate about helping athletes achieve their goals and reach their full potential, while also promoting their health and well-being. I am always eager to learn new techniques, tools, and trends in the field of human sciences, and to collaborate with other coaches, trainers, and professionals. I am confident that I can bring value, enthusiasm, and expertise to any organization that seeks to improve the performance and quality of life of its athletes and clients.
