I'm fascinated by the "machine of business"; what makes successful operations run, what decisions are critical to growth and viability--which ideas have potential to blossom into innovative, exciting, and "game-changing" businesses. It was in this same spirit I founded (and still own) Shoe Cabinet RAF, LLC, an online retail shoe business, managing every facet of operations, including, but not limited to procurement, marketing and merchandising, brand development, shipping and inventory management. Here is just a snapshot of what Shoe Cabinet has accomplished:***Startup with $50; growth to a quarter million dollar annual sales operation within first two years, and from 15 brands offered to 1000+. ***Established a unique business model with innovative product sourcing, product presentation and merchandising strategies.***Helped hundreds of families in needs through nonprofit partnerships I conceived of and cultivated. Today I am newly energized; ready to bring the same dedication, vision and entrepreneurial spirit that have characterized my experience---to another organization--- in a business development or marketing-related role.
