As Vice President of Engineering, I lead the engineering department through innovative, nimble designs that work to solve a variety of our customers problems, focused through the lens of the container. Managing a team of 20+ engineers, our office is a hot bed for innovative discussions on how we can change the landscape of the packaging industry while creating a healthy assortment of standard practices through custom design. In my own design work, I’ve led Morrison into the world of custom integration for near-million-dollar systems, while keeping up with current technologies and building them into our offerings. By having the opportunity to sit on Morrison’s leadership team, we’ve fostered a growth mentality that supports cultivating a team of eager engineers, ready to process or innovate when the time calls.Through collaboration and support, I’ve worked with cross-functional teams to build internal processes that allow us to get to the root of our customer’s problems faster, helping our team of talent build the best solutions for container handling in the packaging industry.
