With over 20 years of leadership experience in the health care industry, I am the CEO of Fischer Health Care Consulting, a firm that specializes in managed care, business development, sales and marketing, technology, and value based care consulting. I have an MHA from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. I serve as a board member of The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital, one of the largest and highest ranked health care organizations in the US.My mission is to provide access to high quality health care for diverse populations and settings, using a data-driven and client-focused approach. I work with physician groups, home health and hospice companies, senior living and skilled nursing facilities, insurance companies, and other health care stakeholders, to improve census, maximize payor relationships and reimbursement, optimize bottom lines, and enhance patient outcomes. I have published articles on topics such as CRM, specialized programs, capturing earned revenue, referral management, and I have successfully implemented innovative solutions for various health care challenges across the continuum of care.
