Purchase all necessary products for the venue. Consistently keep liquor costs between 10-14% and labor costs between 20 -29%Oversee all operations of the venue.Train all staff members’ sequence of service. Implement and enforce systems that help the company manage costs, maximize efficiency and profitability, and ensure the safety of guests and employees.

Maintain surveillance over assigned area to ensure that the code of honesty is observed.Responsible for operating the casino; ensuring that the employees were following gaming code as well as the policies and procedures of the Stratosphere. Monitoring the guests to ensure that the security and integrity of the games were being maintained.Responsible for opening and closing the shift while maintaining an inventory of all gaming devices.
