As a consultant on the XM Development team I enable Customer Success and Technical Account Management teams by: • Developing comprehensive training programs that empower CS and TAMs to excel in their roles by tailoring educational strategies to their specific needs.• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices, consistently driving measurable improvements in performance and productivity.• Organizing ongoing training activities by coordinating presenters, providing enablement best-practices, and hosting the trainings themselves to ensure a seamless and effective learning experience.

• Acting as a strategic technical advisor on the Qualtrics platform across the Airline, Telecommunications, Sports, and Retail Services industries.• Enabling clients to grow and scale their Customer Experience and Employee Experience programs while continuing to utilize new features across Qualtrics.

• Providing technical expertise, configuration services, and strategic guidance for enterprise clients' CX & EX programs.

• As an expert in using and troubleshooting the Qualtrics XM Platform, I consult with all levels of customers on a daily basis and provide product support to create and maintain effective workflows. • I have developed expertise in triaging and troubleshooting technical issues, and have been able to work closely with senior-level employees within Qualtrics and at client companies to optimize user experiences.

•Teach topics of General Chemistry 1 and 2•Co-Facilitate weekly recitation sections with a graduate student•Design and implement review sessions and materials for students prior to exams

•Design and implement experiments having to do with volatile organic compounds interacting to form secondary organic aerosols within the atmosphere•Present research updates weekly at group meeting•Use instrumentation such as HPLC, MS, ESI, and ECD

•Manage budget, staff, and scheduling for 100+ campers and 20+ staff
