Wrote the business requirements which created a new report based on the year end financials to allow transparency of non-accrual loans which were not visible by the business (Automotive Finance). This allowed the business to process corrections of over $6 million dollars per year which the accounting unit had to do before (at a cost).Successfully created the Business Requirements Document used to implement an Unsecured Lending project that will create over $800K of new net revenue's per year from 2016 onward. Was the lead analyst involved in the project, representing 2 business lines to ensure that the requirements were implemented according to the clients ask.
