Led all technical resources in the U.S. focused on DEF injector development, fluid delivery system development, filtration and application engineering for released product as well as advanced research & development responsible for next.

Led team responsible for integrating XNOx system into customer applications. Served as technical customer interface between XNOx and customers, creating technical manuals delivered to customers for XNOx system, specifying and validating ancillary components, including DEF tanks, DEF lines, and sensors, proposing and designing decomposition tubes and mixing.

Managed team of engineers responsible for ensuring system level performance of the NOx abatement system into customer applications. Incorporated Tenneco's NOx abatement technology into diesel aftertreatment systems, including designing decomposition tubes, incorporating mixing devices, general aftertreatment design, DEF injector sizing, and overall DEF.

Provided technical expertise in field of SCR aftertreatment for diesel vehicles ranging from passenger cars and light trucks to on and off-road commercial vehicles.
