Responsibilities include:- Provide one on one supervision and instruction to Autistic adolescents—teaching basic life skills, and behavior control.- Monitor all health and safety of students.- Manage and complete all data collection and record keeping related to student performance.- Maintains effective communication with colleagues and demonstrate problem solving skills in crisis situations.- Occasionally teach swimming.- Coordinates student field excursions to gain exposure to cultural locations and learn social behaviors.-Received excellent performance reviews, and commendations for the quality performance, and attention to detail.
