I achieved First Class Honours at the University of Central Lancashire where I studied BA (Hons) Business Studies 4 Year Sandwich. As part of my degree, I completed a commercial placement year at PSA Peugeot Citroen for which I was awarded a Distinction.I also participated in the 2011 University Business Challenge against other Universities, and played for the University tennis teams.

•Led a project creating a new communication system for the Warranty Department to communicate more effectively with the dealer network. This further improved my organisation skills and my ability to make important decisions.•Secured TV Product Placements, deciding which programmes would be suitable in order to help achieve our objectives. I worked on the checkouts on a seasonal basis, communicating with customers to ensure customer satisfaction whilst being trusted to handle large amounts of money.

As well as operating the checkout, I was responsible for working the stock onto the shop floor and for stock rotation, keeping the shelves tidy and organised.

I organised the newspapers for delivery by inserting numerous leaflets and distribute to 275 houses every Thursday.

I completed a 2 week work experience with an electrician who specialised in fitting alarms, assisting on jobs whilst developing skills in being able to follow instructions and learn as jobs were done.
