My role is to ensure all non conformance reports from our major clients which include Balfour Beatty and Galliford Try are fully investigated against the respective SLA in place. My role requires information and data collation in order to effectively conclude and respond to our clients at director level whilst also reporting into our organisation at director level. I compile monthly reports on the issues reported and their conclusions, preparing graphs to show trends in relation to compliance rates in preparation for monthly and quarterly group and client meetings.

As a lettings negotiator, my sales skills and ability to work to targets were enhanced. For much of the day I met with and communicated with prospective tenants and landlords thus furthering my personnel skills. I was required to drive the business on by bringing in more clients in the form of landlords by canvassing, door knocking and cold calling. This put me in good stead for the challenge I undertook whereby I was selected to work alone at the Burton Satellite branch generating more business in order to bring it up to a level it could be made a standalone branch.
