As the General Manager at Sonesta Resort Fort Lauderdale Beach, I oversee the daily operations of a 240-room property, ensuring guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and revenue optimization. Previously, I served as the Chief Operating Officer at Lloyd Jones, where I was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and acquiring premium branded hotels. Before that, I was the Vice President of Operations at Dimension Hospitality, where I led the development and execution of strategic plans for 30 hotels, resulting in significant revenue and profit growth. I have demonstrated my leadership and customer relationship management skills through multiple awards, including the Chairman's Award, General Manager of the Year and the Shining Apple GM of the Year.
