I joined Textron through the Engineering Leadership Development Program, where I had two 12 month rotations at different Textron Business Units. Our role was essentially to merge the two quality systems from Cessna legacy and Beechcraft legacy into one Textron Aviation quality system that supports all of Textron Aviation's facilities.
