-Oversees all business and laboratory operations-Oversees and operates drinking water utilities and municipality systems

• Oversees all operations for Water and Sewer for Rockaway Township• Responsible for all compliance reporting and preparation for water quality and operations of the system as per NJDEP Rules and Regulations.• Lead project manager for all projects pertaining to development of the system, rehabilitations, maintenance programs, etc.• Currently overseeing and implementing the following projects for improvement to the system and meeting compliance standards as per NJDEP. These projects include: fully upgraded and automated SCADA system, working GIS system, updated hydraulic model, storage tank rehabilitation, Asset Management plan/system, PFAS remediation, new operating well installation.• Schedules all work orders for staff.• Compiles and developed budget for all Water and Sewer operations.• Directs all staff on any maintenance, repairs, or modification jobs to system• Receives and responds to any customer complaints or requests• Analyzes trends and makes operational changes to ensure system meets all water demands.• Inspects all field projects to ensure compliance with technical specifications• Directs and coordinates work flow and any road shutdowns for main, valve, hydrant, curb box repairs/installations• Develops plans with available funding for equipment, personnel promotions, materials, project management, etc.• Develops methods of improvement for operations and treatment techniques to ensure best available water quality is delivered to customers

• Responsible for and manage all compliance sampling/analysis per NJ DEP Rules and Regulations and submission of all required treatment/laboratory reports. • Supervise operators to ensure proper sampling/analysis of water quality in the distribution system is up to regulatory standards.• Directed and scheduled work flow for all laboratory, distribution, and treatment personnel.• Scheduled and coordinated any activities concerning process control, treatment, and distribution of water to distribution system• Performed various Pilot Studies for advanced treatment techniques currently used in the system. Responsible for small scale GAC pilot study that provided information towards implementing new multimillion dollar GAC system for PFAs treatment. • Inspected field projects to ensure compliance with all technical specifications• Responsible for oversight on all Treatment Reports, Quarterly monitoring reports, and other compliance paperwork for NJDEP.• Responds to and responsible for all customer complaints and remedial actions• Responsible for all budgeting in regards to laboratory and treatment operations. • Ensured compliance in all Water Quality for parameters such as: WQPs, PFAs, Primary/Secondary standards, Nitrates, VOCs, Metals, THM/HAA, Microbiological Pathogens, etc.

• Operated, maintained, and trouble shot online turbidity meters, pH meters, phosphate meters, Hach raw water source panel, and CL-17 meters.• Collected and analyzed water quality samples to ensure compliance for parameters such as: pH, chlorine residual, conductivity, turbidity, TOC, TSS, UV-254, D.O., phosphate, Taste/Odor, and manganese.• Operated and maintained Pilot Plant. In addition, performed various pilot studies such as: maximization of process treatment conditions within the plant, effective application of algaecide treatment to surface water, polymer test screenings, and different ALUM/PACL test screenings. • Gathered and analyzed microbiology samples via the FLOW-CAM Microscope. Compiled microbiology libraries for FLOW-CAM software in order to allow the instrument to identify what is being seen inside the microscope.

• Operated, maintained, and trouble shot live Pilot Plant units under high pressure, temperature, gas and liquid flow rates.• Familiarity and trouble shooting experience with operational equipment such as LEWA, Viking, and RUSKA pumps. Additionally a strong understanding of process flows, reactors, reactor building, reactor furnaces, gas flow meters, mass flow controllers, thermocouples, pressure transducers, and guard chambers.

• Assigned the responsibility to assist and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to water treatment systems for field implementation. Learned about treatment/water systems while assisting out in the field and how to effectively operate them.• Aided in treatments of lakes and pools to ensure compliance with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection water quality regulations and standards to help better the environment for the public.
