- Responsible for the onboard provision of entertainment- Responsibility for scheduling of Activity Managers and Enrichment Managers- Conduct vessel visits across Europe to monitor progress of team members- Liaise with Senior Management when working with external stakeholders and partners- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth running of cruise on day-to-day basis- Keep up to date with cruise industry news and updates

- Assist the Cruise Director with implementation of cruise itinerary on five star luxury ships- Liaise with the Cruise Director and other dept. heads with creation of ship daily program- Stand-in for Cruise Director (as necessary)- Manage, planning and execution of a fun and entertaining schedule of evening activities- Presentation and running of evening music sets- Liaise with external entertainers in ensuring a memorable and engaging time for guests- Assist in planning individual guest requests- Provide offboard activities for passengers (tours, hikes etc.)- Join and assist tours as required- Being the onboard Future Cruise Manager; allowing guests to book future cruises face to face- Generating 100k (euros) in Revenue for the '23 season

- Responsibility for the On-boarding of any new customers as well as the Recertification of existing customers by completing a risk portfolio to ensure the only litigate companies or individuals are dealt with- Manage daily workload; prioritise the work assigned to ensure everything is actioned within the agreed timescales- Analysing data and researching viable sources to ensure the risk portfolio is completed accuratelyEscalate whenever there is a blocker; maintaining communication fluidity with manager and team

- Liaising with Directors weekly on updates of shows and technical changes- Coordinating Get Ins/Outs with theatres and technicians- Dealing with any finance between client & F2F

- Hosting imaginative and entertaining activities and events for guests- Maintaining a fun, creative and safe environment for guests and colleagues- Liaising with Cruise Director on updates on scheduling, logistics of activities and monitoring on big events such as Production Shows and revenue sessions- Acting Assistant Cruise Director. Organising and scheduling a team for day-to-day running on a ship whilst deputising for Cruise Director when needed during drills, meetings and activities
