Assisted field office Fish Biologist with fish shocking to detect and document presence/absence of fish species in project areas. Oversaw contracted restoration projects, mainly large woody debris (LWD) placement. Conducted stream inception point surveys to determine location and periodicity of water within BLM boundary areas. Performed restoration work in timber sale areas via revegetation of landings and other disturbed areas with native plant species. Collected native seed from Areas of Critical Environmental Concern (ACEC) to contribute to district seed bank and revegetation efforts. Created exhibit maps for use in timber sale contracts for GIS specialists using ArcGIS Pro and data collected through FieldMaps.
