My work with TheraTest requires in-depth knowledge of the Code of Federal Regulations relating to the operation of high complexity clinical laboratories. Within the reference laboratory, I perform ELISA testing under general immunology and routine chemistry sub-specialties. I also consult with our clients throughout the process of obtaining a CLIA certificate of compliance. I coordinate communication between physicians’ offices, laboratory directors, and various state agencies. Once the license has been issued, I travel to the physicians’ offices for laboratory installation and training. Additionally, I provide technical support for the laboratories once they are fully operational.
