Office Manager – ASPEN DENTAL MANAGEMENT INC – College Station, TX - Management of all day to day operations of dental practice- ordering of supplies, team management, scheduling, payroll, hiring, training, team huddles, corrective action- Follows and enforces SOP's, delivers to clients on SLA's, coaches and develops staff using KPI's- Metrics – daily/monthly/yearly metrics used to follow and monitor performance of office and find areas for improvement - Consult – discussing treatment with all new patients and working to find a means to getting necessary care- Financing – working with patients and applying to third party financiers for costs of treatment if needed- Insurance – eligibility of benefits for patients with insurance, explaining coverage and out of pocket costs to patients

Responsible for managing the daily operations at Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr Law Firm in Downtown Dallas, TX.

Responsible for coordinating the logistics, shipping, receiving and delivery of mail and packages to the three floors in the Dallas office as well as interoffice shipping and overseeing Austin and Houston sites. Also manage all Facilities duties including MFD's for entire law office as well as the front of the house services like reception, switch board, and conference room services.

Also instituted facilities and conference room services to the contract before taking on my next role with FSO.

Contracted by Univision, FSO is responsible for carrying out all of the Xerox machine needs as well as mail and shipping responsibilities for Univision TV.

Inbound call center, responsible for handling direct student loan consolidation with the US Department of Education in accordance with new laws passed handling student loan forgiveness.

Managed a caddie program with as many as 60 caddies during peak season. Certified trainer, responsible for hiring, training, terminations, payroll, weekly staff meetings, job assignments, scheduling, bookkeeping, daily safety culture, and weekly reporting to upper management.
