Maintain a lead executive position in creating a premier, fully immersive live music and entertainment destination, where renowned recording artists across all genres and generations perform live 365 nights a year on limited run residencies bases. We are currently developing 25 state-of-the-art theaters in partnership with several of the leading hotel/casino operators in the world. My primary role is taking the concept to launch, which includes achieving stakeholder buy-in, drafting/preparing/presenting all investor collateral, building a team of cross-industry consultants and getting this moonshot concept in position for a Series A-D raise.

Lead operations and deal flow to drive growth for a multi-family office offering younger, early-career professional athletes access to a portfolio of investment, branding, and advisory services typically available only to veteran players. Drive innovation in every part of the firm’s infrastructure to better create value and enable successful outcomes for the firm’s positions.Helped structure several large investment deals for clients with significant returns. Arranged lucrative endorsement deals with global brands such as Samsung, BodyArmour, & ON Running.

Spearheaded partnership between Devon Capital (Single Family Office) and DR31 Sports to create DR Ventures.

Catalyzed innovative startup that invested in early-career athletes for a fixed portion of their future earnings. Raised marketplace awareness of and “buzz” around firm’s value proposition, attracting investors ($150M+), clients, and media.Successfully served clients—helping them achieve greater financial security and mitigating their risk—while also providing select investors with a unique and exciting vehicle to diversify their portfolio. Identified key metrics, built out investment criteria, and crafted critical marketing and PR materials.

Launched and built media company with 2 new concepts—production side delivering highly regarded live concert series, and music management/publishing side that made recording artists 360-degree partners in all aspects of the business.Created all-new concert series (“Circa Presents 1994”); signed artists and sponsors, promoted and produced shows; played part in expanding fan base and reigniting 90s hip hop resurgence that continues today.Built infrastructure to provide up-and-coming artists with the team, expertise, global network, and funding to accelerate their music releases and brand value, including through product and music sync licensing.

Spearheaded business pivot to more holistic and future-proof model—from strictly manufacturing for other retailers to international licensing, distribution, and launch of own private label brands. Grew licensing revenue 35% with 60% margin. Built relationships and secured manufacturing and distribution contracts with leading global apparel companies. Acquired licenses for UnderArmour and Bruno Magli accessories that added $5.6M to top line. Stewarded launch of 2 private accessories brands.

Conceptualized, developed, marketed, raised capital, and sold first-to-market, fully child-privacy-compliant web platform that merged social networking with e-commerce, targeted tween and teen demographic, and pioneered method of parent monitoring/control over their children’s online accounts. Managed operations, growth to 3M+ active users, and operational scale-up through 2011 acquisition.

Focused on developing the television and film arm of the business, launching multiple shows, while also supporting the music and product licensing operations. Worked directly under the music and entertainment titan, Tommy Mottola. Responsible for talent scouting and overseeing the artistic development of our recording artists and songwriters; served as a liaison between the artists, producers, record label and the publishing company.
