Systems Administrator over several applications, including but not limited to: FreshService, Box.com, Microsoft 365, Intune MDM, and SharePoint, where I develop and maintain the hospital’s new Intranet. More critically, I’ve taken on many challenges and have risen to the top in each one.

Resolving general hardware and software needs of active directory endpoints throughout the hospital through remote and interpersonal service. I have written several software deployment scripts. My professional determination and willingness to take on more work led to a promotion to System Administrator in June of 2022.
