As the president and principal designer of RGI Creative, my main responsibilities are to direct business operations, shape the creative direction of the company, and foster a culture where creativity and excellence thrive.The spaces you create send messages about your brand, product, capabilities, values, and culture. So when you create an environment, you want your visitors to immediately understand who you are.RGI integrates marketing and branding expertise with design in a way that goes far beyond applying logos and painting walls in brand colors to transform a space. We investigate the core beliefs and culture of a brand and make sure it's reflected. We design environments to support the relationships that matter to our partners, and we use human-centered design to motivate the behaviors and attitudes of their customers in a way that brings value to all involved. We also invest in emerging technologies and develop ideas that we bring to our partners, helping them innovate and lead. Our process is tailored to each client and project. If our clients have the capabilities and wish to complete a part of their project in-house, we collaborate with their internal teams and work with them as we do our own, saving time and money. We're thrilled to have decade-long partners who have taught us as much as we've taught them.
