I am an experienced and resourceful professional with a demonstrated history of working within the Hospitality Industry as well as (proven proficiency in both the) a variety of Construction & Renewable Industries. During the transition phase between building and trading, I was able to ensure the guests received 5* service while feeling relaxed and entertained in a comfortable environment.In Namibia I successfully increased revenue due to excellent staff training and motivation. I lead a successful mentorship program with a number of staff members who have moved up in their careers. By refining the organisational staff structure, I was able to streamline the maintenance department and identified strength to optimize results. My hospitality background and knowledge allowed me to convey the importance of excellent guest service. I am a charismatic entertainer and a humble helpful servant, thriving on human interaction. Decision-making comes to me at ease as I think on my feet. Hospitality has taught me exceptional communication skills. My language skills being English, Afrikaans & German have allowed me to understand the needs of various people from around the world, as well as the employees and suppliers who have an impact on the successful running of any business.
