Current responsibilities: Coordination and management of design group, oversee and guide multi disciplined designers on various projects. Project management of engineering and design projects ranging from less than 5K to over 1 million in engineering budgets. Job duties: Develop and maintain client relationships. Work directly with clients to develop project scope. Generate proposals and project estimates. Project scheduling and cost controls. piping mechanical design and drafting. Insure all drawings and documents are in compliance with client and industry standards. Provide design support to construction contractors on projects during fabrication and installation. Work directly with construction contractors to convey design and schedule.Typical Projects:Central Production Facility design and layout involving P&ID, piping, and equipment layout for separation equipment, heater treaters, fuel gas scrubbers, metering, flaring, tank vapor combustors, knock out vessels, vapor recovery units, pumping equipment, LACT skids, storage tanks and all associated piping systems.Central Production Facility (CPF) expansion design involving bringing new wells into an existing facility utilizing new inlet headers, separation vessels/skids and coriolis metering.Oil Stabilization facility design involving the layout of multiple stabilizers and supporting equipment such as fuel gas separators, LACT skids, pumps, meter stations and storage tanks.Skid Package and modular design for oil production facilities involving laying out equipment and associated piping on a skid or modular environment.Gas processing plant projects involving the installation of compressors, vessel type slug catchers, coalescing filters, miscellaneous pumps, exchangers, and vessels, including all of the associated piping systems. Finger style slug catcher design utilizing large bore piping in a manifold layout to accommodate the required volume of liquid.

Piping design and drafting.Typical projects:Mud pump and associated piping installation projects for an aluminum plant. Site trips to gather existing piping and structure information for the generation of 3D models. Develop and generate project specific P&ID's and updated existing facility P&ID's. Extraction of piping plans, elevations, and isometrics from 3D models.

Responsibilities: Piping design for the Oil & Gas and power plant industries.Job duties: Develop and maintain client relationships. Scoping and estimating projects. Piping design and drafting.Typical projects:Transmission pipeline make piggable projects involving design and drafting of mainline valve replacements, pig launchers and receivers, and main line drip replacements.Transmission pipeline class upgrade projects involving alignment drawing updates, hydro-test details, road crossing plans and profiles, land-owner plats, and abandonment drawings.New flare system design project involving routing a new large bore flare header, tie-ing in existing PSV's and new PSV's. Laying out a new pipe rack, setting a new flare knock out vessel, new flare stack, and all of the supporting equipment such as pumps, blowcases and all of the associated piping systems.Natural gas fired power plant projects including odorizer installations, pig trap, and plant pipeline tie ins.PSM compliance projects involving site visits to walk down and mark up existing facility P&ID's and plot plans. Confirm all field data gathered gets incorporated into the drawings to insure an accurate up to date facility drawing set.
