As a structural engineer with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University, I have a strong background in structural analysis and design, computer-aided design (CAD), and mechanical engineering principles and standards. I am passionate about creating and improving wireless infrastructure that connects people and communities.In my most recent role at American Tower, one of the largest providers of wireless infrastructure in the US, I performed structural analyses of low complexity on existing communication structures and prepared formal reports detailing tower capacity and recommendations for modifications. I also supported more experienced engineers in analyzing more complex structures and designing new towers and foundations, using AutoCAD and other CAD software. Previously, I worked as an engineer at Network Building + Consulting, where I assisted in the design, inspection, and testing of various structural components and systems for telecom projects, and collaborated with a diverse and innovative team of engineers, technicians, and contractors. I am motivated by the challenge and opportunity of delivering cost-effective and quality solutions for the telecom industry.
