To support Flamingo’s Administrative Services Agreement with Marsh IAS, Bermuda and Acadia Life International Limited and Acadia Life Limited (“Acadia Life”). The Director of Client Services is primarily responsible for coordinating all aspects of the administrative servicing and issuance of new business for Acadia Life and works closely with Flamingo Software staff on all aspects of IT administration. The Director is required to have an understanding of Private Placement Variable Life and Variable Annuity Products and separate account fund administration. The Director is the primary liaison to the Bermuda Insurance Manager with periodic travel to Bermuda to meet with the Bermuda Insurance Manager. The Director is responsible for creation and distribution of all policy statements as well as being the first point of contact for any questions from policyowners, investment mangers, producers, or any relevant party inquiring about an Acadia policy.
