Responsible for negotiating price, and submitting all fitting corrections to factories. Responsible for receiving all samples from Prototype Samples - TOP Samples. Responsible for quality control for all samples. Responsible for the creation and distribution of all PO’s, and tracking all deliveries from all factories. Responsible for confirming all packing slips align with original PO’s created.

Responsible for emailing factories in regards to missing Samples, receiving and inspecting all TOP Samples, communicating with designers, and updating the POS system for the finance department

Responsible for budgeting finances, proposing budget increases, meeting with club advisors, preparing for on and off campus events, weekly meetings with club members, and constructing weekly schedules for each club member for upcoming events. Events included but were not limited to raising money for multiple charitable organizations.
