I developed, wrote, and implemented a detailed safety and health manual for two facilities which include the following programs: Management Commitment and Responsibilities, Employee Responsibilities, Safety Policies, Safety Training, Safety Orientation, Accident investigation/ Reporting, Light Duty/ Return to Work, Emergency Action Plan, Fire Prevention, Housekeeping, PPE, Lockout/Tagout, Hazard Communications, Forklift Safety, Ergonomics, Propane safety, Blood Borne Pathogens, Confined Space, Trash Compactor Safety, Outside Contractors, Safety DisciplineI now maintain, update, and enforce the safety manual on a daily basis.
