Additionally achieved a Ready For Issue (RFI) rate of 81.3% while processing more than 26,388 components through intermediate repair.- Directed the planned drawdown of aviation logistics support to meet a reduction in Boots on Ground requirements. Developed a playbook for the efficient retrograde of equipment and Marines from theater while ensuring the highest possible state of aviation logistics support. This effort led to the retrograde to CONUS or disposal in theater of more than 600 short tons of material or equipment.
