• Creation and editing of electronic filings of copyright registration applications on the U.S. Copyright Office website to protect Disney's Intellectual Property, with an emphasis on Disney's line of comic books, including Marvel, Lucas, and Fox properties. Completed U.S. copyright applications for out of office paralegals. • Primary point of contact for Marvel and other comic book publishing vendors for physical and digital copies of comic book and performed outreach for all issues related to digital or physical copies of each issue. • Launched process to register unregistered first appearances of key Marvel characters. Sole team member with access to Disney’s Digital Media Center, which created opportunities to register more foreign and domestic intellectual properties including registering Disney characters which have only appeared in foreign-only properties.• Independently researched Copyright issues on Disney properties and products. Assisted in resolving or escalating legal inquiries from other company departments.• Created the file management system for the physical comic book archives.• Created and documented the filing SOP for internal use. • Supervised the move of the comic book archive to a new location and facilitated the restocking and setup of 10 thousand comic books.• Trained and supervised temporary employees and the Copyright comic book team members.• Primary point of contact for the maintenance, organization, and filing of the digital and physical filing of Marvel certificates in Disney's Copyright database through image and document implementation into NetDocs and data management.

Other duties included: live blogging from the Oscars, movie junket coverage, as well as covering large events such as San Diego Comic-Con.
