I assist clients with project funding, grant administration, and utility financial management projects. I am working to expand AE2S' energy efficiency services to help clients identify efficiency improvements that will reduce their environmental impact and control operating costs.

Supported Policy Navigation Group’s work in regulatory analysis and federal agency coordination across various emerging regulatory issues. Frequently called on to provide analysis on new regulatory topics. Collaborated with fellow team members and clients in a variety of virtual and in-person environments. Helped establish effective workplace policies and tools to increase operational efficiency. Responsible for outreach to various clients to expand our energy efficiency work at public/private water and wastewater utilities. Key team member on project to build legislative and agency support to affect changes in draft regulations. Worked with client to refine message and communicate message to legislators and other policy officials. Analyzed energy efficiency measures at a combined water/wastewater utility and provided a financial analysis incorporating available public and private incentives. Complied with Paperwork Reduction Act regulation and drafted Federal Register notice and burden estimates for federal agency clients.

 Advised new faculty on SPEA policies and practices. Rapidly established expertise in new regulatory and policy areas to provide input for reports and guidance documents on topics in public personnel management. Performed general research and analysis on topics in public personnel management.
