i was originally seconded to set up a new department, after a successful 3 months i was given the role permanently. i now manage all terminated / Auction and liability accounts with the aim to collect the vehicle or settle outstanding balance or set up an affordable arrangement. i am the SME for all NAVCIS cases, fully utilising every possible options available then successfully creating the accounts and evidence for NAVCIS casesi understand the difference in English law and Scottish law for vehicle repossession.i have weekly meetings with director level managers in house and third party to reconcile reports and updates and discuss the strategy for the next week and where my focus will be. i maintain High level Reports which are distributed to senior management weeklymaintaining relationships with our third party vendors is crucial to getting the best results possible so i have weekly meetings getting update s on current cases, find out what more we can do for the best outcome for the business

I was promoted to marketing assistant from my previous Role & report directly to Head of Marketing.Achievements and responsibilities • Achieved a NVQ Level 3 in Business & Administration• Produce in-Depth Daily MI Focusing on High Risk Areas, this highlighted areas of concern quickly and meant senior managers were able to take swift appropriate action to resolve issues• Highlight any issues with suppliers leads and resolve them, this meant I was able to lower our Average KPI’s and CPA down from £396 cpa to a more sustainable £197 cpa on several campaigns • Create New Campaigns and see them through to Completion so they are live & Active• Monitor all inbound Campaigns & Data campaigns for the sales floor checking they were in criteria & fully compliant with our internal guidelines and FCA Guidelines • Daily contact with external suppliers to produce campaign MI to Monitor Key performance metrics• Create high level MI for all senior managers and managing directors to show performance of all agents and campaigns. This ensured key metrics were reported accurately to the Board of Directors • Work with our finance department to reconcile weekly invoices of circa £29,000, chase them in and fix any variances with suppliers before they are processed for payment
