Strategic Account Manager
Current- Manage & support the largest strategic account that represented $6M of revenue in 2021 - Responsible for managing existing customers and cultivating new opportunities within the account base - Maintain an up to date sales pipeline for proper forecasting - Analyze data, develop KPIs, and present findings to clients including business reviews to leadership teams - Coordinate and attend kick-off calls with Operations and Outside Sales for new sites - Assist Accounting department to resolve billing disputes on weekly AR report and ensure accounts are kept current
