Work with internal clients and support functions to define requirements, budget, and schedule for projects varying widely in scope from $50k renovations to $15M+ build outs of new facilities.• Provides construction expertise and estimates of cost/timing with overall accountability to support new site selection process.• Leads the MAC (Move, Adds and Changes) Team. Team has overall responsibility for supporting all moves of personnel throughout portfolio• Lead construction projects team to ensure successful completion in accordance with commitments, including managing multiple projects in multiple geographies simultaneously if required.• Ensures full and proactive compliance with all corporate governance and control processes.• Develops and maintains facility project budgets and schedules, manages overall Capital Expenditure budget for CRE department ranging from $10M to $40+M including providing estimates of cost, resourcing and schedule to facilitate decision making.• • Leads cross-functional continuous improvement opportunities and ensure realization, supports identification and adoption of best practices. • Partners with Procurement team to prepare requests for proposal and conducts all necessary meetings to facilitate hiring architectural and construction management services. • Provides 24x7 support for 32 sites in the United States, Canada, Latin America and South America serving 500 hundred worldwide clients in resolving site issues. • Serves as Project Manager for 4 new site construction in ’09/10 including a 10 million spend in Managua, Nicaragua• Responsible for new construction, Design/Build, building remodels, daily facilities issues, cost estimating, processing/reviewing invoices, vendor contracts and negotiations.• Traveled to15 European facilities in ’10. Led changes in power support, security etc. resulting in $2 million savings• Cost estimating on new construction budget for build out of new sites.
