In my time as a valuations professional, I developed financial analyses across valuation methodologies, including: financial modeling, cash flow forecasts, discounted cash flow analysis, valuation multiples from precedent public companies and transactions, negotiation support, three-financial statement analysis, and allocation of value to securities within complex capital structures. Now I am looking to apply what I have learned, and the skills I have refined, to a new venture.I enjoy undertaking new challenges and taking advantage of opportunities that enable me to expand my knowledge, skills, and experience. I am looking for a position that will allow me to apply my advanced technical skillset as well as demonstrate the interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial drive that I acquired through building and managing my own book of business as a financial professional.
