Ryan Griffith dreamed of having his own company from a very young age. That dream became a reality at age 25 when he opened his first franchise location. Ryan is a co-founder and owner/operator of nine companies, with gross revenue sales of approximately $5 million annually and 250 employees.Shortly after opening the doors for the first time in 2001, Ryan learned very quickly that he had a lot to learn! Fifteen-hour work days were the norm to master all aspects of running and growing a successful business. He learned the importance of hiring a dynamic team, implementing operational systems, fostering valuable connections with area schools and organizations, and spearheading marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness.Within a year, he opened his 2nd and 3rd locations in different markets. Ryan has received the “Franchisee of the Year Award” and the “Best Ice Cream Award” in multiple cities.In 2014, Ryan’s greatest accomplishment was helping create Social Pet Hotel & Daycare with his two business partners. Over the last four years he created a unique business model and become a pioneer and industry leader in the pet care market.In 2016, Ryan founded a catering start-up company, Carolina Socials Catering.
