- Structuring the weekly rotas & ensuring venues are fully manned as per client requirements- Visiting and auditing DS at license premises- Meeting and liaising with premises managers- Attending Pub-watch and licensing meetings as well as liaising with local police and other agencies- Ensuring all DS are inducted and trained in accordance with premises policy- Implementing procedures and requests from the Managing Director and direct line Managers

- Deliver and manage budget costs to make the business more profitable.- Manage and deliver new store openings & refit plan to ensure contract deadlines of security systems are met as well as liaise and engage with Regional Managers,Property Managers, and External Management contractors and teams to ensure smooth day to day running of operation.- Work with Regional leadership to fix underperforming stores across metrics.- Maintain awareness of loss and deliver the loss reduction plan.- Represent at regional forums to continuously drive loss reduction plan teams in store.- Sign off all new Store Managers in loss processes.- Lead live streams and digital workshops where necessary Listen to and respond to feedback from colleagues on matters affecting business loss. - Build improvement plans that deal with root cause of underperformance.- Provide deep fix assistance to the processes that are in place to limit losses in stores and create sustained improvements. - Continuously review the key performance indicators and supporting data to ensure resource is aligned to the loss risks. - Be the valued expert to your region and support where necessary. - Draw in support from other parts of the team, wider team and wider department functions where required to deliver the loss reduction agenda. - Build a professional and working relationship with the Regional Area Manager, Regional People Manager and the Store Management Population to influence the loss reduction agenda. - Working with and listening hard to local communities and local police forces to understand concerns with ASB and other external crime influences. - Interpret data to identify fraudulent activity, lead/support with investigations to deliver the right outcome. onal forums to continuously drive loss reduction plan.- Build working relationships with the external guarding company Area Managers and Security Guard to help deliver excellent standards and service.

Effective identification of internal and external dishonesty Providing training, guidance and advice to work colleagues on security procedures and Loss Prevention. Reporting serious incidents with in stores and follow up action with Loss Prevention Manager Police liaison and presenting evidence in court cases. Carrying out regular checks of security equipment across stores to ensure that standards are maintained and business requirements met.
