I am currently the coordinator of a day treatment program for behavioral boys. My daily responsibilities include but are not limited to teaching the boy’s life skills, provide feedback and counseling to youth regarding social skills, behavior, and anger management, and provide them with opportunities to become better people by setting personal goals and helping them to achieve their goals. I am also a case manager to majority of the boys I work and attend meetings such as IEP’s for the youth and have had to work as a team with therapists and teachers to get the full potential out of the boys. I attend staff meetings and turn in proper documentation in a timely manner. I have also assembled and ran an after school program for flag football
