Ryan Grommes is a founding partner of RLE Project Management (RLE) and a dynamic construction executive with over 20 years of experience as a general contractor, developer, and owner’s representative. Ryan’s industry experience informs his executive leadership of RLE, a national project management firm, which has offices based in Chicago, New York, and Georgia. Co-founded in 2012 by Ryan Grommes, RLE provides project management for clients undertaking commercial construction and development projects across construction types and market verticals. RLE has been a part of some of Chicago’s most iconic and award-winning developments, including the Willis Tower Redevelopment and Salesforce Tower at Wolf Point featuring the Kirkland & Ellis Chicago Buildout. RLE was nominated as Project Manager of the year in 2020 and 2021 by the Commercial Real Estate Awards benefiting the Greater Chicago Food Depository.RLE is invested in supporting the next generation of leadership in the construction and commercial real estate industry, participating in organizations such as Rebuilding Together Chicago and Professional Women in Construction Chicago. Ryan serves as a board member and mentor for HFS Chicago Scholars, educator for the Building Owners and Managers Association of Chicago (BOMA), and has previously served on the Board of Directors for the City of Hope REACH Social. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, and any opportunity to be on the lake to fish or go out for a long run.
