- Conducted thorough searches of McFeely's product metadata in order to identify inaccurate and/or malicious data, in which I found a plethora of issues.- Following identifying the inaccurate data, I was tasked with revising it in order to provide McFeely's with the proper metadata needed to successfully market, and subsequently, sell their products.- While working at McFeely's, I helped address numerous IT issues around the company. For example, identifying the defective database that ran the warehouse's ERP, troubleshooting the issues, and ultimately fixing said issues.

- Analyzed data and financial statements for Castellini executives concluding in a better understanding of their investments and 401(k) accounts.- Conducted a research experiment utilizing a company-wide survey to effectively understand employee’s emotional needs and perspectives in respect to flexible work arrangements (FWA).- Analyzed hundreds of employee’s surveys and used different psychological scales to better understand what the employees truly desired which allowed me to customize the policy to meet those needs.- Presented and deliberated all my results with our CEO, CHRO, and executives resulting in the approval of the use of the new FWA policy.- Developed a custom FWA policy based on both Castellini's values and employee's needs, trained more than 80 employees on the new policy, and ultimately implemented the new FWA that effectively met both the company's goals and the employee's needs.

- Organized the warehouse in such a manner in which the efficiency of the employee's time management notably increased.- On a daily basis, I was presented with a handful of projects that I had to strategically plan for in order to ensure that there were no hitches with the operation of the warehouse. - For example, on a weekly basis I organized, painted, cleaned, and in some cases, even built supplies and machines for the warehouse along with running daily errands to job sites, supply houses, and different mechanic shops.
