As a Visual Merchandiser :- Devise a plan for the complete look of the interior of a store- Conceptualize and implement visual merchandiser in the store- Collaborate with Marketing and Communication teams to handle International Fashion Brand ( watches dept ) to create branding and marketing collateral for several media applications such as poster, POP, banner, event arrangement, etc- Continue to develop and maintain strong brand image in every aspects- Decide what goes into a window display and how often to come up with new window display ideas- Plan the layout of various items that are stacked inside the store, in a manner that encourages greater customer interest and sales - Constantly come up with new ideas for store design and layout plans- Monitoring all man power at store in order to implement the layout or design plan for product display according to principal guidelines
